Massive user cleaning

I decided to clean all users that had 0 posts and hadn't logged in 30 days.

The result: 15982 users deleted. Most of them registered in the time space between 100 and 30 days ago.
As a fun fact, the number of users that hadn't logged in one year was just 312.
