I'm seem to have a sudden fixation for werewolf girls in mid-transformation.
What do you think?

The background isn't too well defined- she's under a full moon (a very large moon, at that), but on top of what?
Along those lines, it would seem that she would have been naked and wearing a bone in her hair for a while... which seems to point out that this is not her first transformation, and therefore, should not be painful for her (so what's with the crying?).

maybe it has to do with the fact that she may not want to transform?(the crying.)

Alright.
yes, naked. Her clothes tore, get it? And I don't know where you got the 'bone in her hair.' She's wearing a cross pendant. I haven't done the color version yet, which reveals clearly, a background of, hey, look at that! Grass. As for the moon, I realise it's huge. No reason, really, I just like drawing it that way: huge.
Now, constructive criticism is great, but for some reason, I feel more as if I am under trial. At least tell me what you think of it as a whole. :mournhowl:
Anyway, very rough color version.

I'll do a better color later, when I have time.
(Btw: sorry about the multiple posts, but my browser's freakin' out!)
I realli like it. Did you use a reference pic to make her pose or something and then added her fur and pointed ears?. What is in fact a good way to keep it up drawing when you are learning and improving.
Anyway, I don't see the moon that big at all. I like the shape and the idea overall, the fur spot are well done and the grass works very well around her although it looks like straws.
The color version looks nice on her skin, but the rest doesnt do their justice to the original.
Nice , thumbs up.
PS: WolfMoon I have to ask you to remove/change the avatar and signatures with edited work of Luna on them... If anyone is going to use art work about Luna, need to ask for it. And second, I really don't like (or should I say Forbide) "edited ones" .
Thanks.

I understand. Would it be alright if I used an unedited picture of Luna as an avatar?
I am glad that you like my picture. like I said it was a very rough color job. Usually, I prefer to CG my artwork, but I hadn't the time.
I'll be sure to fic my theme at once.
it really is a great pic!
Very nice pic. The girl, and the grass part of the background are very well done indeed. Suggestions from a fan of art rather than an artist might not be exactly what you're looking for, but here they are anyway.
First, the moon. Maybe you were planning this when you go to recolor, but the blank white just doesn't seem to fit with the rest. Maybe a little texture or possibly an aura ring around it?
Second, the night sky, again, the solid color. The level of detail on the girl seems jarring against a simple 2 color backdrop like that. Perhaps a town or a scarecrow (depending on where she is, obviously), even just some stars, or clouds.
Third, and this is totally a backstory/continuity thing (I'm a nerd, stuff like that actually matters to us  ), but the girl doesn't seem to be any larger than normal human size. If she hasn't grown any (and maybe she has), why did her clothes rip?

You're right. I was planning something more for the moon. maybe later you'll find out what.

Also to be enhanced during color. The only reason I colored it now with pencils rather than doing a full cg, was so that some would be capable of recognizing grass from sky and other such details.

This picture is suggesting that the girl had, already, transformed out of rage, tearing her clothes, since they were not dedicated to her, (and you think YOU're a nerd.) and is now returning to herself and her human form, coming down from her rage, and experiencing only sorrow. (hence the tears.)
This picture was meant to illustrate the sometimes unfortunately more traumatic ways in which a werewolf, or Garou comes to realise his/her beast within. It often because of this is mistaken as a curse, in lue of what it actually is: a gift from Gaia.
