I already commented on DA, but once again these are awesome pics! :) I would have to agree with Kit. I like the 2nd one the best too. :D
I like the first one a lot :allears: . Now, do you actually did the background?, because of the quality (lower) seem to be taken from another art. But don't worry, as long it don't get the attention of the original artist...douh, I think it's ok.
Now I like the wolf expression and the patterns of the fur are good. But seems you tried to make the colors blend using the smudge tool.
And the final effect looks a little blurry . If the wolf could have been in an action shot it would have worked fine...but in this case the image is calm and quiet...so the unintentional movement effect take away the quality. You could have used the smudge tool with the fur but without touching the drawing lines and maybe it could have worked better. Anyway, the overall is pretty good.
And look out for those shadows of the wolf and the skulls over the place, they are too bid so they seems to be floating. That's it.
The other one...I don't know, I don't like the mix of colors. You should try to keep an ambience color, like all the blue tones of a night. The green patches on the fur seems like shines...from where?. And finally, the moon isn't a cheese  , joke. Keep it up man! :icon_wolf_paint:
And :happyhowloween:

:allears: Yeah, I'm a bit off in coloring...the smudge tool in the lines is because I try to take out some grey "holes" in the ink lines. Any Idea on how to eliminate 'em? :eyeroll2:
The BG's are from RPG Maker XP...It's just that I'm terrible in doing BG's
